The invention provides a vehicle power supply method and system and a vehicle, the method is applied to a vehicle power supply system, driving electric equipment comprises a plurality of driving electric appliances, and the driving electric appliances with rated power higher than a preset value are target driving electric appliances. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an environment temperature and a use state of each target driving electric appliance; and when it is determined that the environment temperature is larger than or equal to the preset temperature and at least one use state is in an open state, the switching unit is controlled to be switched to the second power generation device to be connected with the driving electric equipment. According to the invention, the switching unit and the two power generation devices meet the power demands of the driving electric equipment and the household electrical appliance equipment, no extra high-voltage wire harness needs to be connected, and the cost of the motor home is reduced.
