The invention belongs to the technical field of ore extraction, and particularly relates to a multi-sensor information fusion method in a mine stone loading process, which comprises the following steps of: S1, arranging a plurality of different pressure-sensitive weight detection sensors in a mine car body, firstly setting a threshold value for the sensors, and giving an alarm prompt when the stone weight exceeds the threshold value; then stone loading is carried out on the mine car body for multiple times, measured values of the multiple sensors in different stages are recorded, and an alarm is given and feeding is stopped until the measured values exceed a threshold value; s2, performing feature extraction on detection data obtained for multiple times, and calculating a weight bearing threshold value of the mine car in a mine stone loading process through a multi-sensor information fusion method; and S3, the weight threshold value is input into data of an early warning device, and when the stone is overloaded in the loading process of the mine car, the early warning device can give out a prompt.
