The acquisition module is used for acquiring parameters of interaction signals of the vehicle-mounted terminal and the antenna. The control module is used for transmitting parameters of the interaction signal to the vehicle-mounted terminal, and is also used for sending a compensation instruction according to the compensation signal; wherein the compensation signal is a signal generated by the vehicle-mounted terminal according to parameters of the interaction signal; the amplification module is used for amplifying and compensating the interaction signal according to the compensation instruction. The antenna compensator provided by the embodiment of the invention can solve the problems that the communication distance is shortened and the data transmission rate and stability are influenced due to the fact that the antenna wire harness is too long.
