The invention discloses a vehicle height control method based on a permanent magnet synchronous linear motor type active suspension, which adopts a permanent magnet synchronous linear motor as an actuator for vehicle height control and realizes lifting of a vehicle body by controlling the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor. According to the method, short-time vehicle height and posture adjustment can be conducted under the specific working condition of the vehicle, and the safety, maneuverability and trafficability of the vehicle are greatly improved. The motor type suspension system has the advantages of being fast in response and large in energy density, the posture of the vehicle body can be rapidly adjusted, and meanwhile smoothness is controlled within a reasonable range. The proposed scheme can also be used in other similar fields.
本发明公开了一种基于永磁同步直线电机式主动悬架的车高控制方法,其采用永磁同步直线电机作为车高控制的作动器,通过对永磁同步直线电机的控制实现车体的升降。本方法可以在车辆特定工况下进行短时间车高和姿态调节,极大提高汽车的安全性、机动性和通过能力。电机式悬架系统具有响应快,能量密度大的特点,能够迅速调整车体姿态,同时将平顺性控制在合理的范围。所提出的方案也可用于类似的其他领域。
