The invention discloses a pool for simulating a floating body navigation water area environment and a floating body wave resistance test method. A long-edge wave maker is arranged on a first long side wall of the pool, a short-edge wave maker is arranged on a first short side wall of the pool, and wave dissipation banks are arranged at the upper parts of a second long side wall and a second short side wall; the vertical distance of the upper end faces of the pool bottom modules on the bottom face of the pool relative to the bottom face is adjusted and then combined to form the underwater topography of the test water area environment, and the horizontal distance of the side end faces of the side wall modules on the second long side wall relative to the second long side wall is adjusted and then combined to form the channel wall face structure of the test water area environment. The channel wall surface structure acts on the floating body model on one side of the navigation direction of the to-be-tested floating body model, meanwhile, the position of the water surface is not changed, various water area environments are accurately simulated in the same water pool under the condition that water is not drained, the test conditions when the floating body model is subjected to horizontal bending moment, horizontal shearing force and torsional load in water are conveniently simulated, and the test efficiency is improved. The safety of the large floating body structure is accurately evaluated based on a pool test, time and labor are saved, and economy and effectiveness are achieved.
