The invention relates to the technical field of tire manufacturing, in particular to low-temperature desulfurized oil-free high-molecular-weight reclaimed rubber, a preparation method and application in a tire body. The high-molecular-weight reclaimed rubber material is prepared by pretreating waste rubber powder, an activating agent and a modifying agent in a stirrer and then carrying out desulfurization reaction in a screw extruder, and according to 100 parts of the waste rubber powder, the activating agent accounts for 1.0-10.0 parts, and the modifying agent accounts for 10.0-30.0 parts; the modifying agent is one or a combination of more of dicyclopentadiene maleate, dimethyl maleate and diallyl maleate; the molecular weight Mn of the high molecular weight reclaimed rubber is 12000-20000 g/mol, and the sol content is 30%-50%. The oil-free high-molecular-weight reclaimed rubber is obtained and applied to a tire body rubber composition of a tire, the physical performance and the rolling resistance performance of the tire body rubber composition are improved, meanwhile, the adhesive force and the stripping force between the tire body rubber composition and polyester cords are greatly improved, and the processability is similar to that of aromatic hydrocarbon oil.

    本发明涉及轮胎制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种低温脱硫无油高分子量再生胶、制备方法和在轮胎胎体中的应用。高分子量再生胶料由废胶粉、活化剂、改性剂于搅拌机内预处理后在螺杆挤出机中进行脱硫反应制得,按照废胶粉为100份计,所述的活化剂为1.0‑10.0份,改性剂10.0‑30.0份;所述的改性剂为双环戊二烯马来酸酯、马来酸二甲酯、马来酸二烯丙酯的一种或多种组合;所述的高分子量再生胶的分子量Mn属于12000~20000g/mol,溶胶含量属于30%~50%。本发明获得这一种无油高分子量的再生胶,并运用到轮胎的胎体橡胶组合物中,胎体橡胶组合物的物理性能、滚动阻力性能均有提升,同时胎体橡胶组合物与聚酯帘线间的粘合力、剥离力有较大提升,加工性能与芳烃油相似。
