According to the method, the energy consumption matrix is processed in a rolling mode, after new sample data enters, original data bits are sequentially moved backwards, the last bit of sample data is directly abandoned, the sample storage number can be kept, and the data storage pressure is reduced; the energy consumption evaluation index is calculated by adopting sample data which is similar to an attention mechanism and is influenced by recent time, so that the influence of other factors such as different road conditions and different tire pressures on the energy consumption evaluation index can be reduced.
