The electro-hydraulic actuator is arranged on the arm support and comprises an actuator oil cylinder used for driving the arm support to generate posture changes, a hydraulic oil tank connected with the actuator oil cylinder through a pipeline and a built-in oil suction pipe assembly used for sucking oil from the hydraulic oil tank; the built-in oil suction pipe assembly comprises a first free pendulum bob and a first flexible pipe section connected with the first free pendulum bob, and an oil inlet of the built-in oil suction pipe assembly is formed in the first free pendulum bob; in the process that the posture of the hydraulic oil tank changes along with the boom, the first free pendulum bob can generate displacement under the action of gravity and drive the first flexible pipe section to generate flexible deformation, so that the first free pendulum bob is kept at the bottom of the hydraulic oil tank. According to the invention, the energy consumption can be effectively reduced, the energy utilization rate is improved, the electro-hydraulic actuator can still stably absorb oil and operate when being applied to the boom with variable postures, and the reliability is high.
