A method for adjusting the elevation of a rail on a reinforced concrete crane beam is characterized by comprising the following steps that a, a lifting clamp is prefabricated, b, a set of inclined sizing blocks (7) are transversely and centrally arranged on the upper surface of the concrete crane beam (6) at intervals, c, a crane rail is transversely and centrally placed on the inclined sizing blocks (7), d, two jacks (9) are provided and symmetrically placed on the two sides of the rail, and c, the lifting clamp is arranged on the upper surface of the crane beam (6). And e, clamping the lower surface end of the upper flange of the track by using a hook (3) of the lifting clamp (1), so that the upper end of the jack (9) is propped against the cushion block (2) of the lifting clamp (1), and meanwhile, adjusting the thickness of the inclined sizing block (7) until the elevation deviation of the track (8) meets the standard requirement. The method for adjusting the elevation of the track on the reinforced concrete crane beam has the advantages that the clamp device is simple in structure, convenient to manufacture and easy and fast to operate, the difficulty and safety risk of track installation and adjustment are greatly reduced, the installation efficiency is improved, and the engineering cost is reduced.

    一种调整钢筋混凝土吊车梁上轨道标高的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:a、预制提升夹具,b、在混凝土吊车梁(6)上表面每隔一段距离横向居中设置一组斜垫铁(7),c、将吊车轨道横向居中放置在斜垫铁(7)上,d、提供2个千斤顶(9)对称放置在轨道的两侧,e、用提升夹具(1)的弯钩(3)将轨道上翼缘的下表面端夹住,使千斤顶(9)上端顶住提升夹具(1)的垫块(2),同时调整斜垫铁(7)厚度,直至轨道(8)标高偏差符合规范要求为止。本发明的调整钢筋混凝土吊车梁上轨道标高的方法具有夹具装置结构简单、制作方便,操作简单、快捷,极大地降低了轨道安装调整的难度和安全风险,提高安装效率和降低工程成本的优点。
