The invention discloses an elevator door lock contact resistance value detection and voltage monitoring system and method. The system comprises a door lock contact resistance value detection loop arranged behind a safety loop. The door lock contact resistance value detection loop comprises a constant current source, a plurality of detection points, a plurality of contact switches and a processing unit which are connected in series; the processing unit is communicated with the monitoring platform through the Internet of Things; the detection points comprise a car door lock detection point, a hall door lock and voltage detection point and an auxiliary detection point; the contact switches comprise a first switch, a second switch, a third switch and a fourth switch. The principle that a direct-current constant-current source generates direct-current voltage drop through a resistor and a data processing technology are directly applied to an elevator system, and detection of resistance values of a car door lock and a hall door lock is simply and effectively achieved. A voltage value detection technology is used for monitoring the voltage value at the front end of the contactor, and warning reminding can be given out. The device has the advantages that the door lock resistance value and the front end voltage value of the contactor can be monitored in real time, only targeted maintenance is needed, and layer-by-layer troubleshooting is not needed.

    本发明公开了一种电梯门锁触点阻值检测和电压监测系统及其方法,包括设于安全回路后的门锁触点阻值检测回路;门锁触点阻值检测回路包括串联的恒流源、多个检测点、多个触点开关和处理单元;处理单元经物联网与监测平台相联通;检测点包括轿门锁检测点、厅门锁及电压检测点和辅助检测点;触点开关包括一号开关、二号开关、三号开关和四号开关。利用直流恒流源经过电阻产生直流电压降的原理以及数据处理技术,直接运用到电梯系统上,简单有效的实现了轿门锁、厅门锁阻值的检测。利用电压值检测技术对接触器前端电压值进行监测,能发出警示提醒。本发明具有能实时监测门锁阻值和接触器前端电压值,只需针对性维保,无需逐层排查的优点。
