The invention discloses a demand torque control method for an output shaft of a power system of a hybrid electric vehicle. The demand torque control method comprises the steps that (1) the demand torque TOutReq of the output shaft of the power system is analyzed; (2) calculating system power loss PLoss; 3) calculating to obtain the upper and lower limits of the target power of the battery when the power of the battery does not need to be limited, namely PDchg = PBatUnLimMax, and PChg = PBatUnLimMin; 4) calculating the upper and lower limits TOutMax/TOutMin of the torque of the output shaft; and 5) calculating the required torque TOutReqLim after power limitation, and transmitting the required torque TOutReqLim to a torque execution unit for execution. The method for controlling the required torque of the output shaft of the power system of the hybrid electric vehicle has the beneficial technical effects that the power of a battery can be kept in a reasonable range in a hybrid mode driving process, and the service life of the battery can be prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力汽车动力系统输出轴需求扭矩控制方法,包括:1)解析出动力系统输出轴的需求扭矩TOutReq;2)计算出系统损失功率PLoss;3)计算得到不需要限制电池功率时的电池目标功率上下限,即PDchg=PBatUnLimMax,PChg=PBatUnLimMin;4)计算输出轴扭矩上下限TOutMax/TOutMin;5)计算出功率限制后的需求扭矩TOutReqLim,并传递给扭矩执行单元执行。本发明的有益技术效果是:提出了一种混合动力汽车动力系统输出轴需求扭矩控制方法,该方案能在混动模式行驶过程中,使电池功率保持在合理范围内,延长电池寿命。
