The invention discloses a tire, a robot, a tire mold and a tire production method. The tire side surfaces are arranged on the two sides of the hub; the multiple treads are distributed in the circumferential direction of the hub, and the two sides of the treads are fixedly connected with the tire side faces on the two sides correspondingly; a first deformation gap is formed between the adjacent treads, and an opening structure corresponding to the first deformation gap is arranged on the side surface of the tire; a second deformation gap is formed between the tire side faces on the two sides and between the hub and the tread, and the first deformation gap and the second deformation gap are both used for providing space for lateral elastic deformation of the tire side faces and the tread. According to the invention, the technical effects that the tire has a lateral sliding function by utilizing the structure of the tire, the tire structure is simplified, the assembling time of the tire is shortened, and the use cost of the tire is reduced are realized, so that the problems of complicated tire structure and higher use cost in the prior art are solved.

    本发明公开了一种轮胎、机器人、轮胎模具及轮胎生产方法,包括:轮毂;轮胎侧面,设于轮毂的两侧;胎面,设置为多个,多个胎面沿轮毂的周向分布,胎面的两侧分别与两侧的轮胎侧面固定连接;相邻胎面之间具有第一形变间隙,轮胎侧面上具有与第一形变间隙对应的开口结构;两侧的轮胎侧面之间、轮毂和胎面之间共同形成第二形变间隙,第一形变间隙和第二形变间隙均用于提供轮胎侧面和胎面产生侧向弹性形变的空间。本发明实现了利用轮胎本身的结构使轮胎具备侧向滑移的功能,简化了轮胎结构,缩短了轮胎的装配时间,降低了轮胎的使用成本的技术效果,进而解决了相关技术中轮胎结构复杂,使用成本较高的问题。
