The overall installation tool comprises a hoisting truss, a floating transportation platform and a connecting rigging, the hoisting truss is formed by splicing two sub-trusses, the center positions of the sub-trusses are spliced to form an axially-through installation hole, an annular hoop assembly is spliced to the position of the installation hole, a wind turbine generator is arranged in the installation hole in a penetrating mode, and the connecting rigging is connected with the floating transportation platform. The hoop assembly is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the wind turbine generator tower in an annular abutting mode, the floating transportation platform is of a hollow buoyancy tank structure with the top open, the bottom side wall of the floating transportation platform is filled with ballast water, a fixed base is arranged at the inner bottom of the floating transportation platform, and an annular containing space with the adjustable diameter is formed in the fixed base. A cylindrical foundation of the wind turbine generator is axially contained in the annular containing space, one end of each connecting rigging is arranged on the hoisting truss, and the other end of each connecting rigging is connected with the cylindrical foundation and the floating transportation platform in a tightened state. The installation tool can effectively transport the whole barrel type foundation wind turbine generator set, and the transportation and installation cost of the barrel type foundation wind turbine generator set is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种筒型基础的整体安装工装,包括吊装桁架、浮运平台和连接索具,吊装桁架由两个分桁架拼接、且中心位置拼接成轴向贯通的安装孔,安装孔位置拼接有环形的抱箍组件,风电机组穿设在安装孔内,且抱箍组件与风电机组塔筒的外壁环向抵接固定,浮运平台为内部中空且顶部开口的浮箱结构,且浮运平台的底侧壁内均填充有压载水,浮运平台的内底部设置有固定底座,固定底座上设有直径可调的环形容置空间,风电机组的筒型基础轴向容置在环形容置空间内,多个连接索具的一端均设置在吊装桁架上、且另一端以绷紧状态分别连接筒型基础和浮运平台。该安装工装能够有效运输筒型基础风电机组整体,并降低其运输和安装成本。
