The invention relates to a maritime supply device and system based on a waste ship. The maritime supply device comprises a waste ship body, fresh water equipment and power equipment. The waste ship body is provided with a fresh water tank and a seawater system; the fresh water equipment comprises a fresh water generator and a water supply pipeline, the fresh water generator is arranged on the waste ship body, a water inlet pipeline communicates with the seawater system, a water outlet pipeline communicates with the fresh water tank, one end of the water supply pipeline communicates with the fresh water tank, and the other end extends out of the waste ship body; the power equipment comprises a generator set and a storage battery pack which are arranged on the waste ship body, the generator set is electrically connected with the storage battery pack and used for generating electric energy and storing the electric energy in the storage battery pack, and the storage battery pack is electrically connected with the fresh water generator and used for supplying power. According to the scheme, on the basis that the ship is not disassembled, waste ship resources are recycled, the purpose of energy recycling is achieved, and environmental pollution caused by ship disassembling is avoided; and the system can be used as a supply station in the open sea, facilitates development of open sea islands and reefs, improves economic benefits, and has great strategic significance.

    本发明涉及一种基于废旧船舶的海上补给装置及系统,包括废旧船体、淡水设备及电力设备;废旧船体具有淡水舱、并设有海水系统;淡水设备包括造水机及供水管道,造水机设于废旧船体,且其入水管道连通海水系统、出水管道连通淡水舱,供水管道一端连通淡水舱、另一端伸出于废旧船体外;电力设备包括设于废旧船体上的发电机组及蓄电池组,发电机组与蓄电池组电连接,用以生成电能、并储存于蓄电池组中,蓄电池组与造水机电连接,用以供电。本方案在船舶不拆解的基础上实现了废旧船资源的回收再利用,达到了能源再利用的目的,且避免拆解船舶而引起环境污染;并能够作为远海中的补给站,便于开发远海岛礁,提高经济效益,具有重大的战略意义。
