The invention discloses a propeller hub cap with a disc. The propeller hub cap comprises blades, the disc, a propeller shaft, a propeller hub and a propeller hub cap body. The propeller hub cap is characterized in that a fixed disc is additionally arranged behind the propeller hub cap, compared with a traditional propeller hub cap, the traditional propeller hub cap can generate a propeller hub vortex behind a propeller, waste a large amount of energy, generate a vortex cavitation phenomenon and generate noise at the same time, and the propeller hub cap can change the flowing direction and speed of water flow, so that the propeller hub cap is more convenient to use. Therefore, vortex generation and water pressure reduction are reduced, energy waste is reduced, and the efficiency of the propeller is improved. According to a traditional propeller, a vortex cavitation phenomenon and noise are possibly caused at the wake of a propeller hub, and a fixed disc can restrain bubble formation and vortex cavitation, so that vibration noise is reduced. Due to the fact that the propeller hub vortex and the vortex cavitation phenomenon are restrained, the borne resistance can be reduced at the same propelling speed, and the propelling efficiency of the propeller can be improved.
