The invention provides a low-voltage power supply system and method and a new energy automobile, the low-voltage power supply system comprises a main power supply module, a reserve power supply module and a fault diagnosis module, and the main power supply module and the reserve power supply module are respectively connected with a load. The fault diagnosis module comprises a power supply diagnosis unit, a control unit, a first switch and a first hardware turn-off unit, the first switch is arranged between the main power supply module and a corresponding load, the power supply diagnosis unit collects power supply parameters of the main power supply module, and the control unit performs fault diagnosis according to the power supply parameters and sends a diagnosis result to a user side; and on-off of the first switch is controlled according to a user instruction. And the first hardware turn-off unit controls the first switch to be subjected to hard turn-off under the condition that the power supply parameter exceeds the power supply limit. Under the condition that the first switch is turned off, the reserve power supply module replaces the main power supply module to supply power to the load, diagnosis and elimination of power supply faults are achieved, power supply switching for the load is achieved, and the power supply reliability of the low-voltage power supply system is improved.

    本发明提供一种低压供电系统、方法和新能源汽车,低压供电系统包括主供电模块、储备供电模块和故障诊断模块,主供电模块和储备供电模块分别与负载连接。故障诊断模块包括电源诊断单元、控制单元、第一开关和第一硬件关断单元,第一开关设置于主供电模块和对应的负载之间,电源诊断单元采集主供电模块的供电参数,控制单元根据供电参数进行故障诊断,将诊断结果发送至用户端,并根据用户指令控制第一开关的通断。第一硬件关断单元在供电参数超过了供电极限的情况下,控制第一开关发生硬关断。在第一开关关断的情况下,储备供电模块替代主供电模块为负载供电,实现了对电源故障的诊断和排除,以及为负载切换电源,提高了低压供电系统的供电可靠性。
