The invention discloses a dynamic safety evaluation system in an electrified railway through cluster power supply mode. The dynamic safety evaluation system comprises a master station located in a regulation and control center, a broadband measurement substation located in a traction station and a data communication network, the broadband measurement substation is mainly composed of a clock synchronization device, a broadband measurement device and a broadband measurement processing unit, and the clock synchronization device is a reference of a process that all devices in a substation system pass through a time synchronization interface and support devices to be unsampled by standard time signals. Based on a high-speed analog quantity sampling and broadband domain measurement technology penetrating through a cluster power supply system, analog quantity information sharing in the whole cluster power supply range is achieved through a high-speed communication network, information such as the real-time frequency change rate, harmonic voltage and current is fully utilized, low-frequency oscillation alarm, oscillation source positioning and system power flow analysis are completed, and the system reliability is improved. Dynamic safety assessment and fault emergency disposal of the through cluster power supply system are realized, and traction power supply safety is guaranteed. In conclusion, the method has a good application prospect.

    电气化铁路贯通集群供电方式下的动态安全评估系统,包括位于调控中心的主站、位于牵引所亭的宽频测量子站和数据通信网络;宽频测量子站主要由时钟同步设备、宽频测量设备和宽频测量处理单元组成,时钟同步设备为子站系统内所有设备通过对时接口,支持设备以标准时间信号未采样过程的基准。本发明基于贯通集群供电系统的高速模拟量采样和宽频域测量技术,通过高速通信网络实现整个集群供电范围内的模拟量信息共享,充分利用实时频率变化率、谐波电压、电流等信息,完成低频振荡告警、振荡源定位和系统潮流分析,实现了贯通集群供电系统的动态安全评估和故障紧急处置,保障了牵引供电安全。综上,本发明具有好的应用前景。
