The invention discloses a ship collision risk rapid assessment method based on a reachable set field, and the method comprises the steps: taking an area which a ship can reach in a period of time, and ship states such as the position, the navigation speed and the course of the ship in the area into consideration through the application of the limited time reachable set field of the ship; therefore, the ship collision probability and the collision consequence within the time can be solved, reasonable assessment of the ship collision risk range is realized, and the problems of incomplete consideration factors, limited assessment results and the like of a traditional assessment method are solved; in order to further solve the problem of low calculation efficiency caused by traversing the reachable set of the ship and the other ship within the finite time, the method reduces the traversing range to the intersection area of the reachable set, greatly improves the calculation efficiency of the ship collision probability and the collision consequence through the intersection point prediction mode, enhances the real-time performance and rapidity of evaluation, and improves the calculation efficiency of the ship collision probability and the collision consequence. And therefore, the actual ship can quickly assess and make a decision on the navigation risk.

    本发明公开了一种基于可达集领域的船舶碰撞风险快速评估方法,通过应用船舶有限时间可达集领域,将船舶在一段时间内所能达到的区域,以及区域内船舶的位置、航行速度、航向等船舶状态考虑在内,从而能够求取在该时间内的船舶碰撞概率和碰撞后果,实现了对船舶碰撞风险范围的合理评估,克服了传统评估方法考虑因素不全面、评估结果受限等问题;为进一步解决因遍历本船和他船有限时间可达集而导致的计算效率低问题,本发明将遍历范围缩小至可达集交集区域,并通过交点预测的方式极大的提高了船舶碰撞概率和碰撞后果的计算效率,增强了评估的实时性和快速性,从而有助于实际船舶对航行风险进行快速评估和决策。
