The invention provides a road traffic accident black spot discrimination method based on a space-time combination dimension, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out the statistics of traffic accident data of a target road section in N years, and carrying out the spatial segmentation and time segmentation of the traffic accident data; s2, calculating the space-time overlapping rate of the space-time composite points; s3, calculating the space-time accident rate of the space-time composite point; s4, calculating a final value G of the space-time composite point according to the space-time overlapping rate, the space-time accident rate, the number of casualties and the economic loss; and S5, determining a critical value, and judging the time-space composite point with the final value G greater than the critical value as the traffic accident black spot. According to the method, the space and the time are effectively combined, the existing road traffic conditions are improved, and the road driving safety is improved.

    本发明提供的一种基于时空结合维度的道路交通事故黑点判别方法,包括以下步骤:S1.统计目标路段N年内发生的交通事故数据,并对交通事故数据进行空间分段和时间分段;S2.计算时空复合点的时空重叠率;S3.计算时空复合点的时空事故率;S4.根据时空重叠率、时空事故率、伤亡人数和经济损失计算时空复合点的最终值G;S5.确定临界值,将最终值G大于临界值的时空复合点判断为交通事故黑点。通过上述方法,将空间、时间有效结合,有助于改善现有道路交通条件,提高道路行驶安全性。
