The aeration algae removal function module comprises a plurality of self-suction spiral aerators; the energy supply module is used for providing energy for the aeration and algae removal function module, the aeration and algae removal function module is borne by the floating island mechanism to cruise on a water area to be treated, and the self-suction spiral aerator is jet from the water surface to a deep water body and aerates; and power is provided for cruising of the floating island mechanism while the algae removal effect on the deep water body is achieved, and the water area treatment range is widened.
