The invention provides a mounting sleeve manufacturing method and a mounting sleeve, and relates to the technical field of machining, the mounting sleeve manufacturing method comprises the steps that a bar is subjected to cold heading to obtain a first preformed mounting sleeve, the first preformed mounting sleeve is provided with a first flange face, and the first flange face is provided with a second flange face; the diameter of the first flange surface is smaller than that of the flange surface of the mounting sleeve to be manufactured; spheroidizing annealing treatment is conducted on the first preformed mounting sleeve; the first preformed mounting sleeve is subjected to cold extrusion, so that a second preformed mounting sleeve is obtained, the second preformed mounting sleeve is provided with a second flange face, and the diameter of the second flange face is larger than that of the flange face of the mounting sleeve to be manufactured; and the second pre-formed mounting sleeve is cut, and the mounting sleeve is obtained. The mounting sleeve manufactured through the manufacturing method is better in quality, and the machining cost can be better reduced; and the problems of material folding, disorder and cracking caused by direct cold heading of the second flange surface can be avoided.

    本发明提供了一种挂载套筒的制作方法及挂载套筒,涉及机械加工技术领域,挂载套筒的制作方法包括:对棒料进行冷镦,以得到第一预成型挂载套筒,第一预成型挂载套筒具有第一法兰面,第一法兰面的直径小于待制作挂载套筒的法兰面的直径;对第一预成型挂载套筒进行球化退火处理;对第一预成型挂载套筒进行冷挤压,以得到第二预成型挂载套筒,第二预成型挂载套筒具有第二法兰面,第二法兰面的直径大于待制作挂载套筒的法兰面的直径;对第二预成型挂载套筒进行切削加工,得到挂载套筒。上述制作方法制得的挂载套筒的质量更好,也更利于降低加工成本;并且可以避免通过直接冷镦出第二法兰面而会造成材料折叠、紊乱和开裂的问题。
