The invention relates to a self-adaptive rack rail bogie assembly which comprises a framework and two groups of wheel pairs mounted on the framework, each group of wheel pairs are connected through a rotating shaft, a primary suspension and a secondary suspension are arranged on the framework, a driving component is arranged on the rotating shaft of the first group of wheel pairs, and a driving component is arranged on the rotating shaft of the second group of wheel pairs. The driving assembly comprises a motor arranged on the fixed cross beam, a gear box arranged on an output shaft of the motor and the rotating shaft, a first toothed rail wheel arranged on the rotating shaft and a permanent magnet coupler arranged on the rotating shaft; one end of the permanent magnet coupler is fixed with the rotating shaft, and the other end is fixed with the first rack wheel; the first toothed rail wheel is connected with a gear in a gear box, the gear box is connected with the fixed cross beam through a swing assembly, and a toothed rail wheel braking assembly is arranged on a rotating shaft of the other wheel pair. Differential speed of the toothed rail wheel and the adhesion wheel can be realized by utilizing the characteristic of flexible connection of the permanent magnet coupler, the problem of different rotating speeds of the toothed rail wheel and the adhesion wheel is solved, and meanwhile, the purpose of power distribution can be realized.
本发明涉及一种自适应齿轨转向架总成,包括构架、安装于构架上的两组轮对,每组轮对均通过旋转轴连接,在构架上设置有一系悬挂以及二系悬挂,一组轮对的旋转轴上设置有驱动组件,驱动组件包括设置在固定横梁上的电机、设置在电机输出轴与旋转轴上的齿轮箱、设置在旋转轴上的第一齿轨轮以及设置在旋转轴上的永磁耦合器;永磁耦合器的一端与旋转轴固定,另一端与第一齿轨轮固定;第一齿轨轮与齿轮箱内的齿轮相连,齿轮箱通过摆动组件与固定横梁连接,另一组轮对的旋转轴上设置有齿轨轮制动组件。本发明采利用永磁耦合器软连接的特点可以实现齿轨轮和黏着轮差速,解决两者转速不同的问题,同时又能实现动力分配的目的。
