The invention provides a vehicle charging method and system based on combination of ETC and a charging pile, and the method comprises the steps: transmitting a vehicle information obtaining request to an ETC vehicle in a communication range through a road side unit in a charging area of the charging pile, receiving a vehicle ciphertext, and transmitting the vehicle ciphertext to an ETC authentication platform; the ETC authentication platform receives the vehicle ciphertext, decrypts the vehicle ciphertext to obtain vehicle information, performs vehicle authentication based on the obtained vehicle information and sends vehicle authorization state query information carrying the authenticated vehicle information to the charging payment platform; the charging pile platform receives the authorization confirmation identification information, receives a charging request carrying the authorization confirmation identification information of the corresponding ETC vehicle, and returns charging indication information indicating whether charging is allowed or not to the charging pile based on a checking result; and the charging pile charges the ETC vehicle after receiving the charging indication information of allowing charging. The method can effectively simplify the operation steps when the user charges the electric vehicle.

    本发明提供一种基于ETC与充电桩结合的车辆充电方法和系统,该方法包括:通过充电桩充电区域内的路侧单元向其通信范围内的ETC车辆发送车辆信息获取请求,接收车辆密文,并向ETC认证平台发送车辆密文;由ETC认证平台接收车辆密文,对车辆密文进行解密得到车辆信息,基于得到的车辆信息进行车辆认证并向充电支付平台发送携带认证后的车辆信息的车辆授权状态查询信息;由充电桩平台接收授权确认标识信息,并接收携带对应ETC车辆的授权确认标识信息的充电请求,基于核对结果向充电桩返回指示是否允许充电的充电指示信息;由充电桩在接收到允许充电的充电指示信息后对ETC车辆进行充电。该方法能够有效精简用户在电动汽车充电时的操作步骤。
