The invention discloses a dynamic lane implementation method and device based on an intelligent road, and relates to the technical field of intelligent networking, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the real-time traffic perception data of a traffic road; according to the real-time traffic perception data, respectively determining the average driving speed of vehicles on each lane; if the average driving speed of the vehicles on the target lane in the lanes is smaller than the preset driving speed, whether the vehicle queuing phenomenon exists in the target lane or not is judged according to the real-time traffic perception data; if the vehicle queuing phenomenon exists in the target lane, determining that the target lane is congested, and analyzing the real-time traffic perception data to obtain decision information for switching other lane functions except the target lane; and sending the decision information to a traffic signal lamp system, so that the traffic signal lamp system performs lane function switching on the other lanes based on the decision information. According to the invention, the traffic jam relieving effect can be ensured.

    本发明公开了一种基于智能道路的动态车道实现方法及装置,本发明涉及智能网联技术领域,其中包括:获取交通道路的实时交通感知数据;根据所述实时交通感知数据,分别确定各条车道上的车辆平均行驶速度;若所述各条车道中目标车道上的车辆平均行驶速度小于预设行驶速度,则根据所述实时交通感知数据,判定所述目标车道是否存在车辆排队现象;若所述目标车道存在车辆排队现象,则确定所述目标车道发生拥堵,并对所述实时交通感知数据进行分析,得到切换除所述目标车道之外的其他车道功能的决策信息;将所述决策信息发送给交通信号灯系统,以便所述交通信号灯系统基于所述决策信息对所述其他车道进行车道功能切换。本申请能保证交通拥堵的缓解效果。
