The stepless mechanical locking device comprises a spring bolt, a limiting frame, a clamping block, a base, a push-pull piece and a push-pull driving unit, the top end of the spring bolt is connected with a first pin shaft base below a top beam of a blade clamping frame through an upper pin joint hole pin shaft, lower inclined faces are symmetrically arranged on the two large side faces of the bottom end of the spring bolt, and the bottom ends of the lower inclined faces are arranged in an inwards inclined mode; the two clamping blocks symmetrically abut against the outer side of the lower inclined face, and the limiting frame is arranged at the bottom end of the spring bolt in a sleeving mode and limits the clamping blocks. A U-shaped bottom plate of the base is fixedly connected to the pressing assembly frame, two guide grooves are symmetrically formed in the upper portion of the base, the tail of the clamping block perpendicularly penetrates through the inner side walls of the guide grooves, and the two arms of the push-pull piece are guided to linearly slide in the guide grooves in a reciprocating mode and can drive the clamping block to clamp or loosen the spring bolt. The push-and-pull driving unit drives the push-and-pull piece to do linear reciprocating motion. The invention further discloses a working method of the device. And a coherent locking form is adopted, so that the mechanical locking requirements of various blades with different clamping sections can be met.

    本发明无极机械锁紧装置,包括锁舌、限位框、夹块、底座、推拉件和推拉驱动单元,锁舌顶端通过上销接孔销轴连接叶片夹持框架的顶梁下方的第一销轴座,锁舌底端两大侧面对称设置有下斜面,下斜面底端向内倾斜设置;两个夹块对称抵紧在下斜面外侧,限位框套设在锁舌底端并对夹块进行限位;底座的U型底板固定连接在压紧组件框架上,底座上部对称设置有两个导向槽,夹块的尾部垂直穿过导向槽内侧壁,推拉件的双臂在导向槽内导向直线往复滑动,推拉件双臂能够驱动夹块夹紧或者放松锁舌;推拉驱动单元驱动推拉件直线往复运动。本发明还公开本装置的工作方法。采用具有连贯性的锁紧形式,能够满足多种不同夹持截面的叶片的机械锁紧要求。
