The invention relates to a swing transmission device for a solar wing driving mechanism and a transmission method thereof, belongs to the technical field of aircraft power supply, and solves the problems of high cost and large occupied space caused by adopting a conductive slip ring for electric energy transmission in the prior art. The device comprises a first connecting device, a second connecting device and a winder, the winder is arranged between the first connecting device and the second connecting device, and the two ends of the winder are connected with the first connecting device and the second connecting device respectively. The first connecting device is used for connecting an output shaft of the driving mechanism and a moving part; the second connecting device is fixedly connected with a shell of the driving mechanism; the winder comprises a coil spring and a flat cable. Slip ring removal of the driving mechanism is achieved, transmission and power supply of solar wing signals are achieved through the swing transmission device, meanwhile, the occupied space of the swing transmission device is reduced, miniaturization of equipment is achieved, and meanwhile the cost is saved.

    本发明涉及一种太阳翼驱动机构用摆动传输装置及其传输方法,属于飞行器供电技术领域,解决了现有技术中采用导电滑环进行电能传输带来的费用高、占用空间大的问题。本发明包括:第一连接装置、第二连接装置和绕线器;所述绕线器设置在第一连接装置和第二连接装置之间,且所述绕线器的两端分别连接第一连接装置和第二连接装置;所述第一连接装置用于连接驱动机构的输出轴和运动部件;所述第二连接装置与驱动机构的外壳固定连接;所述绕线器包括:卷簧和排线。本发明实现了驱动机构的去滑环,通过摆动传输装置实现太阳翼信号的传输和供电,同时减小了摆动传输装置的占用空间,实现了设备的小型化,同时节约了成本。
