The invention discloses an intelligent electro-hydraulic steering arrangement scheme and a commercial vehicle. According to the arrangement scheme, a steering wheel, a steering column, a steering telescopic shaft, a steering gear, a steering gear support, a steering rocker arm and an electro-hydraulic steering gear are included. The electro-hydraulic steering gear is installed on the steering gear support, an input shaft of the electro-hydraulic steering gear is connected with the steering column telescopic shaft, and an output shaft of the electro-hydraulic steering gear is connected with the steering rocker arm. The steering gear is arranged in a forward-inclined mode. According to the intelligent electro-hydraulic steering arrangement scheme, arrangement of the electro-hydraulic steering gear is achieved in a limited space, the electro-hydraulic steering gear is arranged in a forward inclining mode, and an input shaft of the electro-hydraulic steering gear is close to a cab overturning shaft so as to shorten the length of a steering telescopic shaft when a cab is overturned, so that steering controllability and intelligence are effectively improved, and meanwhile the requirements of laws and regulations are met. The newly-designed steering gear support meets the arrangement requirement of a widened frame, and a cab suspension swing arm installation base and a step support installation base are integrated. The arrangement can be realized only by newly designing the electro-hydraulic steering gear bracket, the adjustment is less, and the cost is saved.

    本发明公开了一种智能电液转向布置方案及商用车,布置方案包括:转向盘、转向管柱、转向伸缩轴、转向器、转向器支架、转向摇臂以及电液转向器;电液转向器安装在转向器支架上,电液转向器输入轴和转向管柱伸缩轴连接,电液转向器输出轴和转向摇臂连接;转向器为前倾布置。本智能电液转向布置方案在有限的空间实现电液转向器布置,电液转向器采用前倾布置,电液转向器输入轴靠近驾驶室翻转轴,以减短驾驶室翻转时转向伸缩轴的长度,从而有效提升转向操控性及智能性,同时满足法规要求。新设计的转向器支架满足加宽车架的布置需求,集成驾驶室悬置摆臂安装座和踏步支架安装座。仅需新设计电液转向器支架即可实现如上布置,调整较少,节约成本。
