The invention discloses a fuel cell passenger car braking energy management control method and system. The method comprises the steps that the SOC value of a battery, the opening degree of a brake pedal and the rotating speed of a motor are obtained; whether the vehicle is in a braking state or not is judged according to the brake pedal opening degree and the motor rotating speed; when it is judged that the vehicle is in the braking state, if the SOC value of the battery is larger than or equal to the first set value, it is determined that the required power of the fuel cell system is 0; if the SOC value of the battery is smaller than the first set value, the expected brake recovery power of the vehicle is determined according to the rotating speed of the motor, and the required request power of the fuel cell system is determined by calculating the difference value between the maximum continuous chargeable power of the battery and the expected brake recovery power of the vehicle. The energy recovered by the braking system participates in the process of determining the required power of the fuel cell system, so that the balanced management of the energy recovery of the fuel cell system and the braking system is realized, and the fuel consumption is reduced.

    本发明公开的一种燃料电池客车制动能量管理控制方法及系统,包括:获取电池的SOC值、制动踏板开度及电机转速;根据制动踏板开度和电机转速对车辆是否处于制动状态进行判断;当判断车辆处于制动状态时,如果电池的SOC值大于等于第一设定值,则确定燃料电池系统所需请求功率为0;如果电池的SOC值小于第一设定值,则根据电机转速确定车辆预期制动回收功率,通过计算电池最大持续可充电功率与车辆预期制动回收功率的差值,确定燃料电池系统所需请求功率。将制动系统回收能量参与至燃料电池系统所需请求功率的确定过程中,实现了对燃料电池系统和制动系统能量回收的均衡管理,降低了燃料消耗。
