The invention discloses a low-smoke flame-retardant marine composite armor packaging skin, a bulletproof composite material and a manufacturing method of the bulletproof composite material, and belongs to the technical field of composite materials. The marine composite armor packaging skin comprises a heat insulation layer and a protection layer, the inner side of the heat insulation layer is used for being attached to a bulletproof layer, and the protection layer is attached to the outer side of the heat insulation layer; and the protective layer is obtained by infiltrating a fiber sheet with trifunctional group epoxy phenyl silane resin and a P-N-Si flame retardant.     本发明公开一种低烟阻燃的船用复合装甲封装蒙皮、防弹复合材料及其制作方法,属于复合材料技术领域。该船用复合装甲封装蒙皮,包括:隔热层和防护层,隔热层的内侧用于贴合防弹层,防护层贴合所述隔热层的外侧;防护层由三官能团环氧基苯基硅烷树脂和P‑N‑Si系阻燃剂浸润纤维片材得到。该防弹复合材料,包括上述船用复合装甲封装蒙皮和防弹层,所述船用复合装甲封装蒙皮包覆所述防弹层。本发明还提出一种上述防弹复合材料的制作方法,包括:在防弹层的两侧分别铺放隔热层,继续在隔热层的两侧分别铺放防护层,之后用耐高温真空袋包覆所述防护层,抽真空,加热固化得到防弹复合材料。该船用复合装甲封装蒙皮较好的解决了防弹复合材料的阻燃问题。
