The invention discloses a reflective film, preparation and application of the reflective film in a water surface floating type reflective floating body. The reflective film is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 55%-78% of high-density polyethylene resin, 5%-10% of linear low-density polyethylene, 1%-5% of an antioxidant, 0.03%-0.1% of an anti-ultraviolet aid, 10%-20% of a microprism and 5%-10% of a plasticizer, and the surface of the microprism is treated by vinyltriethoxysilane. According to the reflective floating body film, the extrusion process is adopted, the reflective film layer is welded to the surface of the floating body, the reflective rate of the water surface bearing floating body is improved, and therefore the power generation efficiency of a water surface floating type system is improved.

    本发明公开了一种反光膜及制备与其在水面漂浮式反光浮体中的应用。一种反光膜,由以下重量配比的原料制备而成:高密度聚乙烯树脂55%‑78%,线性低密度聚乙烯5%‑10%,抗氧剂1%‑5%,抗紫外助剂0.03%‑0.1%,微棱镜10%‑20%,增塑剂5%‑10%;所述微棱镜经乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷表面处理。本发明反光浮体膜采用挤出工艺,通过在浮体表面熔接反光膜层,提升了水面承载浮体的反光率,从而提升水面漂浮式系统的发电效率。
