The invention relates to a stress absorption device based on a flange-free waveguide and an assembly method. The stress absorption device comprises an I-shaped bracket, a waveguide clip, a screw, an elastic pad, a flat pad and a rubber pad, the rubber pad serves as an assembly stress absorbing material, and the long end face is provided with an inclined opening, so that the rubber pad sleeves the outer surface of the waveguide. The waveguide clip is pressed on the rubber pad, a through hole is formed in the waveguide clip, a threaded through hole is designed in the wall surface of the I-shaped bracket, and a screw provided with an elastic pad and a flat pad penetrates through the through hole of the waveguide clip and is in line connection with the threaded through hole in the wall surface of the I-shaped bracket; and the waveguide clip, the rubber pad and the waveguide are fastened by tightening the screw. The screw is loosened to adjust the relative position of the rubber pad, and assembly stress is released. On the premise that the assembly efficiency and reliability of other single equipment in a spacecraft are not affected, the assembly stress generated in the assembly process of the flange-free waveguide assembly is eliminated, and the failure risk of the flange-free waveguide caused by the assembly stress effect is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种基于无法兰波导的应力吸收装置及装配方法,包括工字型支架、波导卡子、螺钉、弹垫、平垫、橡胶垫;橡胶垫作为装配应力吸收材料,长端面设有斜开口,使橡胶垫套装在波导外表面;波导卡子压在橡胶垫上,波导卡子上设有通孔,工字型支架壁面上设计有螺纹通孔,装配有弹垫、平垫的螺钉穿过波导卡子的通孔与工字型支架壁面的螺纹通孔线连接;拧紧螺钉使得波导卡子、橡胶垫、波导之间被紧固。松开螺钉调节橡胶垫的相对位置,释放装配应力。本发明在不影响航天器中其他单机设备的装配效率及可靠性的前提下,消除了无法兰波导组件在装配过程中产生的装配应力,降低了无法兰波导由于装配应力作用导致的失效风险。
