The invention relates to an offshore steel truss drilling platform floating assisting structure which comprises a top plate assembly, a bottom plate assembly, a side plate assembly, a bulkhead plate assembly and a reinforcing truss assembly. The bottom plate assembly comprises bottom plate longitudinal ribs; the side plate assembly comprises a side plate vertical rib; the bulkhead assembly comprises bulkhead vertical ribs; the reinforced truss assembly comprises a truss upper chord, a truss vertical rod, a truss inclined rod and a truss lower chord, one ends of the truss vertical rod and the truss inclined rod are connected with the truss upper chord, and the other ends are connected with the truss lower chord; the top plate transverse ribs and the top plate longitudinal ribs are welded with the truss vertical rods and the truss inclined rods; the bottom plate longitudinal ribs are welded with the truss lower chord members; the upper ends of the side plate vertical ribs and the compartment vertical ribs are welded with the top plate transverse ribs, and the lower ends are welded with the truss lower chord members.
