The invention discloses a modified glass fiber reinforced polypropylene foam material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a silane coupling agent ethanol solution; pretreating or drying the glass fiber; soaking the treated glass fibers in a silane coupling agent ethanol solution for modification, taking out the glass fibers, and carrying out surface physical treatment; uniformly mixing 60 parts of polypropylene, 40 parts of thermoplastic elastomer and 2-25 parts of glass fiber subjected to surface physical treatment to obtain a primary premix; adding 5-15 parts of a chemical foaming agent, 2-8 parts of a cross-linking agent and 1-2 parts of a lubricant, and uniformly mixing to obtain a pre-foamed mixture; pressing the pre-foamed mixture into a pre-foamed sheet; the pre-foamed sheet is irradiated with the irradiation dose of 2-25 KGy, and a cross-linked modified pre-foamed sheet is obtained; and foaming the cross-linked modified pre-foamed sheet, and cooling after foaming is completed, so that the polypropylene foamed material with low preparation difficulty, low density, high structural strength and high thermodynamic stability can be obtained.

    本发明公开了改性玻璃纤维增强的聚丙烯发泡材料及其制备方法,所述方法包括步骤:制成硅烷偶联剂乙醇溶液;将玻璃纤维预处理或干燥处理;将完成处理后的玻璃纤维置于硅烷偶联剂乙醇溶液中浸润进行改性,取出后进行表面物理处理;将聚丙烯60份、热塑性弹性体40份、和表面物理处理后的玻璃纤维2‑25份混合均匀,得到一级预混合料;再加入化学发泡剂5‑15份、交联剂2‑8份和润滑剂1‑2份混合均匀,得到预发泡混合料;将预发泡混合料压成预发泡片材;将预发泡片材采用2‑25KGy的辐照剂量辐照,得到交联改性预发泡片材;对交联改性预发泡片材进行发泡,发泡完成后冷却即可,由此可获得低制备难度、低密度、高结构强度、高热力学稳定性的聚丙烯发泡材料。
