The invention relates to a small robotic fish propelling device, in particular to a magnetic transmission propeller propelling device for a small robotic fish. The magnetic transmission assembly comprises an inner magnetic assembly and an outer magnetic assembly, the inner magnetic assembly and the power source are both contained in the shell, the inner magnetic assembly comprises an inner magnetic rotor and six inner small magnets, the six inner small magnets are evenly embedded in the inner magnetic rotor, and the inner magnetic rotor is connected with an output shaft of the power source through bolts and driven by the power source to rotate. The top bead is positioned in the groove of the inner magnetic rotor and is in rolling contact with the inner wall of the shell; the outer magnetic assembly is located outside the shell and composed of a propeller, an outer magnetic rotor and outer small magnets, the six outer small magnets are evenly embedded in the outer magnetic rotor, and the left end and the right end of the outer magnetic rotor are rotationally connected between a propeller protection cover and the shell through deep groove ball bearings; the outer magnetic assembly and the inner magnetic assembly are concentrically arranged, the power source drives the inner magnetic assembly to rotate, the outer magnetic assembly rotates along with the inner magnetic assembly through magnetic coupling, and then the propeller is driven to rotate. The magnetic coupling principle is adopted for achieving torque transmission inside and outside a cabin of the small robotic fish, the propelling device is simple in overall structure, small in size and quite suitable for the small robotic fish, and the static sealing mode of the propelling device facilitates efficient and stable underwater operation of the robotic fish.

    本发明涉及小型机器鱼推进装置,具体地说是一种小型机器鱼用磁传动螺旋桨推进装置。磁传动组件包括内磁组件与外磁组件,该内磁组件与动力源均容置于外壳内,内磁组件包括内磁转子和内小磁铁,六个内小磁铁均匀镶嵌于内磁转子中,该内磁转子通过螺栓与所述动力源的输出轴相连,并由动力源驱动转动,顶珠位于内磁转子凹槽内与外壳内壁滚动接触;外磁组件位于外壳外,由螺旋桨、外磁转子和外小磁铁组成,六个外小磁铁均匀镶嵌于外磁转子,该外磁转子左右两端通过深沟球轴承转动连接于螺旋桨保护罩和外壳之间;所述外磁组件与内磁组件同心设置,动力源驱动内磁组件转动,外磁组件通过磁耦合随内磁组件旋转,进而带动螺旋桨旋转。本发明采用磁耦合原理实现小型机器鱼舱体内外的力矩传递,推进装置整体结构简单、尺寸小巧,非常适用于小型机器鱼,其静密封的形式有利于机器鱼在水下高效且稳定地作业。
