The invention relates to the technical field of track detection equipment, and provides a jacking device for an inspection robot capable of passing through a turnout, which comprises a rail and two racks erected on the rail, and displacement sensors for detecting the abrasion of the rail are arranged on the racks. A movable jacking assembly and a fixed jacking assembly which are used for being attached to a rail are arranged on the inner sides of the two racks correspondingly. Through mutual cooperation of the movable jacking assembly and the fixed jacking assembly, shaking of the device during advancing on a rail is reduced, it is guaranteed that a displacement sensor detects rail abrasion, in addition, due to the arrangement of guide tensioning wheels in the movable jacking assembly, when the device passes through the frog center, one guide tensioning wheel can be clamped on the rail, and therefore the device is prevented from being damaged. The problem that the guide tensioning wheel cannot pass through the frog center due to the action of the spring telescopic rod is avoided, meanwhile, the problem that traditional detection equipment is not prone to being tightly attached to the rail when passing through the turnout is solved, and therefore the accuracy of rail abrasion detection of the device is improved.

    本发明涉及轨道检测设备技术领域,提出了一种用于可过道岔巡线机器人的顶紧装置,包括铁轨,以及架设在铁轨上的两个机架,且机架上设有用于检测铁轨磨损的位移传感器,两个所述机架内侧分别设有用于贴合铁轨的移动顶紧组件和固定顶紧组件。本发明通过移动顶紧组件和固定顶紧组件的相互配合,降低了装置在铁轨上行进时的晃动,保证了位移传感器对铁轨磨损的检测,此外移动顶紧组件中导向张紧轮的设置,使得装置在通过辙叉心时,会有一个导向张紧轮能卡在铁轨上,不至于因弹簧伸缩杆的作用而使导向张紧轮没法通过辙叉心,同时解决了传统检测设备在通过道岔时,不易紧贴铁轨的问题,从而提高了本装置对铁轨磨损检测的精确性。
