The invention belongs to the technical field of power engineering and engineering thermophysics, and discloses a transcritical CO2 heat pump air conditioning system integrated thermal management control method and system. The method comprises the steps that the environment temperature during operation of the high-speed rail, the real-time state of a heat consumption element and the heat requirement are obtained; based on the comprehensive heat factor, the rotating speed of a compressor in the transcritical CO2 heat pump air conditioning system is regulated and controlled so as to control the total capacity of the whole vehicle; if the comprehensive heat factor is smaller than the first preset target, the rotating speed of the compressor is increased to increase the heat capacity of the whole vehicle; if the comprehensive heat factor is larger than or equal to the first preset target and smaller than or equal to the second preset target, a capacity allocation result is obtained through calculation based on an MPC control algorithm, and capacity allocation is carried out; and if the comprehensive heat factor is larger than the second preset target, the compressor rotating speed is reduced to reduce the whole vehicle heat capacity. According to the invention, the energy consumption can be reduced on the premise of ensuring the functionality of the vehicle and the comfort of members, and the COP as high as possible is obtained.

    本发明属于动力工程及工程热物理技术领域,公开了一种跨临界CO2热泵空调系统一体化热管理控制方法及系统;所述方法包括:获取高铁运行时的环境温度、用热元件的实时状态以及热量需求;基于综合热量因子,调控跨临界CO2热泵空调系统中压缩机的转速以控制整车的总容量;其中,若综合热量因子小于第一预设目标,则增大压缩机转速以增加整车热容量;若综合热量因子大于等于第一预设目标且小于等于第二预设目标,则基于MPC控制算法计算获得容量分配结果,并进行容量调配;若综合热量因子大于第二预设目标,则减小压缩机转速以减小整车热容量。本发明可实现在保证车辆功能性和成员舒适性的前提下减小能耗,获得尽可能高的COP。
