The invention relates to the field of electric vehicles, and provides an electric vehicle thermal management system, a control method thereof and an electric vehicle, and the electric vehicle thermal management system comprises a battery, an electric drive assembly, an electric heating system, a heat pump air conditioning system, a second heat exchanger, a first control valve group and a second control valve group. When the temperature of the electric drive cooling liquid is low, the electric heating system heats the passenger compartment. When the temperature of the electric drive cooling liquid is high, the second control valve set enables the electric drive assembly to be communicated with the heat exchanger, and electric drive waste heat is recycled through the heat pump to heat a passenger compartment. When the temperature of the electric drive cooling liquid continues to rise, the electric heating system and the electric drive assembly are directly communicated through the first control valve set, and electric drive waste heat is directly recycled to heat a passenger compartment. When the temperature of the battery is high, the second control valve group communicates the heat pump system with the battery, and the heat pump recovers waste heat of the battery to heat the passenger compartment. Therefore, electric drive waste heat pump recovery, electric drive waste heat direct recovery and battery waste heat recovery are achieved, gradient recovery of waste heat of the whole vehicle is achieved, electricity consumption of an electric heating system is reduced, and energy consumption of the electric vehicle in winter is reduced.

    本发明涉及电动车辆领域,提供一种电动车辆热管理系统及其控制方法、电动车辆,包括电池、电驱总成、电加热采暖系统、热泵空调系统、第二换热器、第一第二控制阀组。当电驱冷却液温度较低,电加热系统为乘员舱制热。当电驱冷却液温度较高,第二控制阀组将电驱总成与换热器连通,依靠热泵回收电驱余热为乘员舱制热。当电驱冷却液温度继续升高,第一控制阀组将电加热系统与电驱总成直接连通,直接回收电驱余热为乘员舱制热。当电池温度较高,第二控制阀组将热泵系统与电池连通,依靠热泵回收电池余热为乘员舱制热。从而实现电驱余热热泵回收、电驱余热直接回收和电池余热回收,实现整车余热梯度回收,减少电加热系统用电量,降低电动车冬季能耗。
