The invention belongs to the field of aircraft component assembly detection, and relates to an aircraft component troubleshooting detection method based on high-precision scanning and reverse fitting technologies. The system comprises a high-precision scanning system, a data analysis and processing system and a reverse fitting analysis system. The high-precision scanning system is composed of a plurality of high-precision real-time scanning cameras and can scan aircraft parts. Meanwhile, in order to adapt to scanning in different environments on a machine, the high-precision scanning system is provided with a movable multi-degree-of-freedom scanning robot and a handheld scanner. And the data analysis processing system is used for processing the actual model information of the aircraft parts scanned by the high-precision scanning system and outputting model information data to the reverse fitting analysis system. And the reverse fitting analysis system performs fitting processing on the scanning model and the theoretical model of the aircraft component according to the information of the scanning model and the theoretical model, and performs differential comparative analysis according to actual requirements, so that rapid positioning of fault detection can be realized.
