The invention relates to building construction, in particular to a construction method for assisting in hoisting and mounting a steel column. Comprising the following steps: S1, manufacturing a lifting buffer device and an end cushion block device; s2, the steel column is obliquely placed on the lifting buffer device and the end cushion block device, and the upper end of the steel column is placed on the end cushion block device; s3, the steel column is placed at one end of the end cushion block device and connected with a lifting hook of hoisting equipment through a sling; s4, the hoisting equipment is hoisted, and the upper end of the steel column leaves the end cushion block device; s5, the hoisting equipment is slowly hoisted, and the end of the lower portion of the steel column gradually slides down from the wedge-shaped face of the hoisting buffering device; and S6, the hoisting equipment continues to hoist slowly, the lower end of the steel column is separated from the hoisting buffer device, and hoisting of the steel column is completed. According to the invention, the huge impact force on hoisting equipment caused by sudden swinging of the steel column is reduced, the buffering and adjusting effects on hoisting of the steel column are achieved, the hoisting safety of the steel column is ensured, and unsafe accidents are avoided.

    本发明涉及建筑施工,特别是一种辅助钢柱起吊安装的施工方法。包括如下步骤:S1、制作起重缓冲装置和端头垫块装置;S2、将钢柱倾斜放置在起重缓冲装置和端头垫块装置之上,钢柱的上部端头放置在端头垫块装置上;S3、将钢柱放置在端头垫块装置的一端通过吊索与起重设备的吊钩连接;S4、起重设备起吊,钢柱的上部端头离开端头垫块装置;S5、起重设备缓缓起吊,钢柱的下部端头逐渐的从起重缓冲装置的楔形面滑落;S6、起重设备继续缓缓起吊,钢柱的下部端头从起重缓冲装置上脱离,完成钢柱起吊。本发明减小钢柱因忽然摇摆而对起重设备产生的巨大冲击力,对钢柱起吊起到了缓冲调节作用,保证钢柱起吊安全性,规避了不安全事故的发生。
