An ice breaking structure is fixedly connected to the part, located at the front end of the ice breaking electric heating structure, of the fixing base, the ice breaking structure makes contact with the ice breaking electric heating structure, the end, close to the machine body, of the ice breaking electric heating structure is electrically connected with a power source structure, and an air injection flow dividing structure is inserted into an air injection insertion groove; the end, close to the machine body, of the air injection diversion structure fixedly communicates with an air pump structure through a connecting air pipe. According to the invention, a good icebreaking effect can be obtained without using a large amount of heating equipment and high power consumption.
