The invention relates to a fireless loopback medium voltage control method, which comprises the following steps of: performing low-pass filtering on a medium voltage real-time value to generate an intermediate voltage value; comparing the intermediate voltage value with a target intermediate voltage value to generate a voltage deviation value; the voltage deviation value is sent to a PI controller, and an initial target torque value is generated; the initial target torque value is subjected to amplitude limiting, and then a torque value needed by medium-voltage control is generated; determining a proportionality coefficient of the PI controller according to the absolute value of the medium voltage value change rate, and determining an integral coefficient of the PI controller according to the medium voltage value, the medium voltage value change rate and the change rate of the medium voltage value change rate; calculating an adhesion limiting torque limit value according to the current available adhesion coefficient and the vehicle dynamic load; determining a maximum braking torque limit value of the traction motor according to the adhesion limited torque limit value and the maximum braking capability limited torque value of the traction motor; and limiting the torque value required for medium-voltage control by the maximum braking torque limit value to generate a medium-voltage control output torque value.
