The invention relates to a method and system for optimizing a charging station participating in peak clipping and valley filling auxiliary service, and the method comprises the steps: firstly, determining a configuration scheme of the charging station, and carrying out the configuration of the charging station on the premise of meeting the constraint conditions needing to be met by a charging station operator, such as a charging pile constraint in the charging station, an energy storage constraint in the charging station and a peak clipping and valley filling constraint; the method comprises the following steps of: establishing a charging scheduling model in a charging station by taking maximum operating income of the charging station as a scheduling plan making target, then making an electric energy scheduling plan, finally establishing a real-time charging control model, and properly adjusting charging power and duration of an electric vehicle according to parameters of the electric vehicle coming from the station on the premise of meeting the charging requirement of a user so as to realize real-time charging control. A regulation margin can be provided for auxiliary service of peak load shifting of the charging station, and the operation income of the charging station is improved. According to the technical scheme, the operation cost of the charging station can be reduced, energy management in the station is optimized, certain adjusting capacity is provided for a power grid, the operation reliability of the power grid is improved, and the method has wide application prospects.

    本发明涉及一种参与削峰填谷辅助服务的充电站优化方法及系统,首先,确定充电站的的配置方案,在满足充电站运营商所需要满足的约束条件如充电站内充电桩约束、充电站内储能约束以及削峰填谷的约束等前提下,以充电站运营收益最大为调度计划的制定目标,建立充电站内充电调度模型,然后,制定电能调度计划,最后,建立实时充电控制模型,根据来站电动汽车参数,在满足用户充电需求的前提下,适当调整电动汽车的充电功率和持续时间,能够为充电站削峰填谷的辅助服务提供调控裕度,提高充电站的运营收益。本发明的技术方案可以降低充电站的运营成本,优化场站内的能量管理,并向电网提供一定的调节能力,提高电网运行的可靠性,具有广阔的应用前景。
