The invention belongs to the technical field of intelligent vehicles, and particularly relates to a fault diagnosis method and device, a medium, a battery management system and a controller. The method comprises the following steps: mining the characteristics of a steady-state component and a dynamic component in a voltage signal through the acquisition and decomposition process of the single voltage signal in a target area of a battery pack under a dynamic working condition, and constructing a corresponding identification factor H in combination with the processing of entropy intermediate value information; further, diagnosis of related faults can be realized by comparing the relation between the identification factor H and a fault threshold value; according to the method, on the premise of not increasing hardware configuration, quasi-real-time diagnosis of the contact fault of the battery pack can be realized through an information processing process, and a specific fault cell can be positioned; the fault diagnosis accuracy and response speed of the product can be optimized or calibrated by adjusting the fault threshold value, and the method has higher robustness for the existing hardware system, and is beneficial to improving the safety level of the new energy vehicle in the use process.

    本发明属于智能车技术领域,尤其涉及一种故障诊断方法、装置、介质、电池管理系统及控制器;在动态工况下通过对电池组目标区域单体电压信号的采集和分解过程,挖掘电压信号中稳态分量和动态分量的特征,并结合熵中间值信息的处理,构造出了相应的识别因子H;进而可通过比较识别因子H与故障阈值的关系,实现相关故障的诊断;其方法可在不增加硬件配置的前提下,通过信息处理过程实现电池组接触故障的准实时诊断,并可定位出具体的故障单体;其产品诊断故障的准确性和响应速度可通过故障阈值的调整来优化或标定,对于现有的硬件系统具备较高的鲁棒性,利于提高新能源车辆在使用过程中的安全等级。
