The invention provides a low obstacle detection method, device and equipment and an automobile. The low obstacle detection method comprises the steps that the obstacle distance between an obstacle and the automobile is obtained, wherein the obstacle is located in a set distance in the driving direction of the automobile and is away from the ground by a set height; according to the barrier distance, obtaining a barrier fitting function reflecting the barrier distance between the barrier and the vehicle when the barrier extends in the width direction of the vehicle; according to the obstacle fitting function, whether a risk obstacle exists in the vehicle driving direction or not is judged. Distance detection is carried out on obstacles in an area which is away from the ground by a set height, and fitting is further carried out on the detected distance between the obstacles, so that an obstacle fitting function which can reflect that the obstacles extend in the width direction of a vehicle is obtained; therefore, the type and risk of the obstacle can be judged according to the characteristics of the obstacle fitting function, finally, the effect of effectively recognizing and judging the obstacle in a low area is achieved, and the collision risk of a driver during vehicle moving is reduced.

    本发明提供一种低矮障碍物的检测方法、装置、设备及汽车,其包括:获取处于车辆行驶方向设定距离并距地面设定高度区域内的障碍物与车辆之间的障碍物间距;根据所述障碍物间距,得到反应障碍物在车辆宽度方向上延伸时与所述车辆之间障碍物间距的障碍物拟合函数;根据所述障碍物拟合函数,判断车辆驾驶方向上是否存在风险障碍物。通过对距离地面设定高度区域内的障碍物进行距离检测,并进一步对检测得到的障碍物间距进行拟合,得到能够反应出障碍物在车辆宽度方向上延伸时的障碍物拟合函数,进而根据障碍物拟合函数的特性即可实现判断障碍物的类型以及风险性,最终达到有效识别判断低矮区域处障碍物的效果,降低驾驶人员在移动车辆时的碰撞风险。
