The invention relates to the field of ship sprayers, in particular to a high-pressure rotating sprayer which comprises a connecting sleeve used for supporting, a threaded guide groove used for connection is integrally formed in the front end face of the connecting sleeve, and a sealing clamping sleeve used for limiting is in threaded connection with the inner end face of the threaded guide groove. A threaded guide sleeve used for connection is fixedly arranged on the upper end face of the sealing clamping sleeve. By arranging the rotating device, the limiting bearing and the supporting bearing, when the exterior of a ship is cleaned, external high-pressure water can be guided into a threaded connecting pipe through a butt-joint threaded pipe and a high-pressure water guide pipe, then passes through the threaded connecting pipe and a water guide hole and is finally sprayed out through a high-pressure nozzle, and the high-pressure nozzle is arranged in a spiral shape; and enough thrust can be provided for the nozzle shell to conduct high-speed radial rotation, the cleaning efficiency of the nozzle is improved, and meanwhile the limiting bearing and the supporting bearing can effectively improve the stability of high-speed rotation of the whole rotating device in the butt joint device and the threaded guide groove.

    本发明涉及船舶喷头领域,具体为高压旋转喷头,包括用于支撑的连接套管,所述连接套管的前端面一体成型的设置有用于连接的螺纹导槽,且位于所述螺纹导槽的内端面螺纹连接有用于限位的密封卡套,所述密封卡套的上端面固定设置有用于连接的螺纹导套。本发明通过设置旋转装置、限位轴承和支撑轴承,在对船舶的外部进行清洁操作时,外部高压水能通过对接螺纹管、高压导水管导入至螺纹连接管内部,随后经过螺纹连接管和导水孔最终经过高压喷口喷出,高压喷口为螺旋形设置,能为喷头壳体提供足够的推力进行高速径向转动,提高喷头的清洁效率,同时限位轴承和支撑轴承能有效提高旋转装置整体在对接装置和螺纹导槽内部高速转动的稳定性。
