The invention discloses a parking management method and system based on a high-order video, and belongs to the field of intelligent traffic management, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the video collection of a supervision region, and determining a parking space monitoring video; the parking space monitoring video is fed back to a background processor, parking features are analyzed and determined frame by frame, and the parking features are provided with time sequence marks; based on the parking characteristics, a parking data chain is generated, and violation information is identified in the parking data chain; based on the parking space monitoring video, a region distribution map is determined, vacant parking space identification is carried out, and a region parking space live map is generated, and the region parking space live map has real-time updating performance; and performing visual display and parking management based on the central management system according to the regional parking space live map and the parking data chain. The technical problems of low parking management efficiency and low parking resource utilization rate in the prior art are solved, and the technical effects of improving the parking management efficiency and the parking resource utilization rate are achieved.

    本发明公开了基于高位视频的泊车管理方法及系统,属于智慧交通管理领域,其中方法包括:对监管区域进行视频采集,确定车位监测视频;将车位监测视频反馈至后台处理器,逐帧分析确定泊车特征,泊车特征带有时序标识;基于泊车特征,生成泊车数据链,泊车数据链标识有违规信息;基于车位监测视频,确定区域分布图并进行空置车位标识,生成区域泊位实况图,区域泊位实况图具有实时更新性;根据区域泊位实况图与泊车数据链,基于中央管理系统进行可视化显示与泊车管理。本申请解决了现有技术中泊车管理效率低下,停车资源利用率低的技术问题,达到了提高泊车管理效率和停车资源利用率的技术效果。
