The embodiment of the invention discloses a traffic event estimation method, device and system based on a PWSL hybrid observer. The method comprises the following steps: establishing communication connection between roadside equipment and a vehicle based on a beacon mechanism; establishing a PWSL traffic model, and combining the PWSL traffic model with a hybrid observer to construct a PWSL hybrid observer; estimating a traffic event by adopting the PWSL hybrid observer to obtain an estimation result; based on the estimation result, traffic information collected by the roadside equipment from the vehicle is adopted to realize detection of a traffic event; the traffic information is related to vehicle speed change. According to the embodiment of the invention, the communication connection between the roadside equipment and the vehicle is established based on the beacon mechanism, so that the loss rate of data transmission can be effectively reduced; in addition, traffic events are estimated and detected based on the designed PWSL hybrid observer and the lane changing speed mechanism, and compared with an existing traffic event estimation method, the method has higher flexibility and estimation accuracy.

    本发明实施例公开了一种基于PWSL混合观测器的交通事件估测方法、设备及系统。其中,方法包括:基于信标机制建立路侧设备与车辆的通讯连接;建立PWSL交通模型,并将所述PWSL交通模型和混合观测器相结合,构建PWSL混合观测器;采用所述PWSL混合观测器对交通事件进行估计,得到估计结果;基于所述估计结果,采用所述路侧设备从所述车辆收集的交通信息实现交通事件的检测;所述交通信息与车速变化相关。实施本发明实施例,基于信标机制建立路侧设备与车辆的通讯连接,可以有效降低数据传输的丢失率;此外,本发明还基于设计的PWSL混合观测器和换道速度机制进行交通事件的估计和检测,比现有的交通事件估计方法具有更高的灵活性和估测准确性。
