The oil storage cavity is formed in the bearing supporting wall, the oil inlet communicating with the oil storage cavity and the second cavity is formed in the second side wall, and the oil discharge hole communicating with the oil storage cavity and the first cavity is formed in the first side wall, so that oil vapor in the second cavity and splashed oil can enter the oil storage cavity from the oil inlet to lubricate the first bearing and the second bearing; and the oil is discharged from the oil discharge hole, so that the oil can circularly flow.
本发明提供一种后桥箱体润滑结构,其特征在于,包括壳体、动力输出轴和锥齿轮轴,壳体内包括轴承支持墙,轴承支持墙将壳体的内部分隔为靠近变速箱安装侧的第一腔室和靠近动力输出端的第二腔室,轴承支持墙内设有连通第一腔室和第二腔室的储油腔,动力输出轴设于壳体内且穿过储油腔,并且被轴承支撑墙所支撑,锥齿轮轴穿过轴承支撑墙且设于动力输出轴的下方。本发明通过在轴承支撑墙内设置储油腔、第二侧壁上开设连通储油腔和第二腔室的进油口以及第一侧壁上开设连通储油腔和第一腔室的排油孔,使得第二腔室内的油汽以及飞溅的油液能由进油口进入储油腔润滑第一轴承和第二轴承,并由排油孔排出,使油液可以循环流动。
