The invention relates to an OHT track crown block maintenance device which comprises a lifting tower used for lifting a crown block and a moving trolley used for transferring the descended crown block, the lifting tower is movably connected with the moving trolley, the lifting tower comprises a tower body, a butt joint mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a limiting mechanism, the butt joint mechanism is installed on the lifting mechanism in a sliding mode, and the limiting mechanism is installed on the lifting mechanism. The lifting mechanism is fixedly installed on the tower body, and the limiting mechanisms are fixedly installed at the upper and lower ends of the lifting mechanism. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the crown block needing to be maintained can be lowered to the ground and transferred to a designated site to be maintained, flexibility is good, personnel can maintain the crown block more conveniently, lifting operation is stable, vibration noise is low, and reliability and safety are high.
