The invention relates to the technical field of tower cranes, in particular to tower crane equipment and a mounting method and a control method thereof.The tower crane equipment comprises a machine table, a tower column and an arm support hoisting device, the tower column is rotatably connected to the machine table and can rotate around the center of the tower column relative to the machine table, and the arm support hoisting device comprises a tailstock structure, a sleeve frame structure and an arm support structure; the tail frame structure and the arm frame structure are both connected with the sleeve frame structure, the sleeve frame structure is connected with the tower column, and the sleeve frame structure can ascend and descend in the height direction of the tower column. Adjustment of the circumferential direction is achieved through rotation of the tower column relative to the machine table, relative rotation does not exist between the arm frame structure and the tower column, and compared with an existing mode that the arm frame structure is driven to rotate through rotation connection of a sleeve frame structure and the tower column, relative rotation does not exist between the arm frame structure and the tower column; therefore, the pump pipe can be more conveniently arranged along the tower column and the arm support structure, the pump pipe cannot be deformed, blocked, snapped or loosened due to rotation, and the use requirement of pump materials is met.

    本发明涉及塔吊技术领域,具体涉及一种塔吊设备及其安装方法、控制方法,该塔吊设备包括机台、塔柱和臂架起重装置,塔柱可转动连接于机台上,并且塔柱可相对机台绕自身中心旋转,臂架起重装置包括尾架结构、套架结构和臂架结构,尾架结构和臂架结构均与套架结构连接,套架结构与塔柱连接,并且套架结构能够沿塔柱的高度方向升降。本发明通过塔柱相对机台的转动来实现周向方位的调整,而臂架结构和塔柱间不存在相对转动,相比现有的通过套架结构与塔柱的转动连接来带动臂架结构转动的方式,本发明由于臂架结构和塔柱间不存在相对转动,因此更方便泵管沿塔柱及臂架结构进行布置,泵管不会由于转动导致变形堵塞、拉断或松脱,满足泵料使用需求。
